Mehry Mohseni, Esq.
For the past decade, I have dedicated my career exclusively to family law, helping individuals and families navigate some of the most challenging moments of their lives. As a Certified Family Law Specialist, I bring deep expertise and a no-nonsense approach to issues involving divorce, property division, child custody, and spousal and child support.
I am a native San Diegan. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Child Development and Family Studies, giving me a strong foundation in the emotional and developmental needs of both parents and children.
I received my law degree from California Western School of Law and began my legal career clerking for the San Diego Superior Court, Juvenile Division, and the San Diego County Counsel’s Juvenile Dependency Division. In those roles, I gained invaluable insight into the systems and circumstances that affect families in crisis.
Today, I bring that experience to my family law practice, advocating with skill, compassion, and a steadfast commitment to securing meaningful, lasting outcomes for every client I represent.
